Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Key Highlights** * **Competitive Salary:** $17.50 per hour (training rate) and $18.50 per hour (Tier 2 rate) * **Remote Opportunity:** Work from home with flexible hours (11:30 AM - 8:30 PM) * **Full-time Position:** 5-day work week with opportunity for growth and advancement * **Comprehensive Benefits:** 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and on-the-job training **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring a high level of customer service to CCA customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to CCA customers via inbound calls, responding to program questions and bill-related inquiries * Developing a deep understanding of our assigned CCA programs, billing, and customer service complexities * Ensuring that all required contractual and Service Level Agreements are met * Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and provide expert knowledge to internal colleagues * Working to consistently improve by implementing feedback from regular coaching sessions **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **Education:** High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or above preferred * **Experience:** 2 years of customer service experience preferred * **Language:** Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and keyboard shortcuts **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for growth and advancement, and a flexible remote work arrangement.
