Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Ability to multitask, navigating multiple systems and tools while maintaining a conversation with customers. Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including shifting schedules and working overtime as needed. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a background check. Technical Requirements To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and background noise. A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed). A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam (we'll provide these).
