About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting members with our services, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

Call members to schedule in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners
Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
Ensure accurate scheduling of appointments and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
Work efficiently and productively in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy


Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years or older
1 year of work experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00 am-5:30 pm local time, with occasional overtime or weekends as needed


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the healthcare industry
Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
Experience working in a customer retention-focused role


Telecommuting Requirements

Reside within EST or CST time zones
Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Must live in a location that can receive an arenaflex-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Must be able to connect directly to the internet via a hard wire (either directly to modem or router)


Soft Skills

Ability to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens
Experience working in a metric-driven work environment
Experience using an auto-dialer system

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour, based on full-time employment. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
