**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:
* Make continuous outbound calls to consumers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
* Use an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure accurate and timely interactions
* Document and update customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
* Warm handoff consumers to our partners to ensure seamless transitions and excellent customer experiences
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
* Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
