About the Role The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, and contributing to a positive, supportive team environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our Athletes across various platforms to address their inquiries, concerns, and needs. Your goal will be to provide white glove service, ensuring that every Athlete feels valued, heard, and satisfied with their experience. Shift Details We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different lifestyles, with the following shifts available: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-9pm EST Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-9pm EST Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday 12pm-9pm EST Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 12pm-9pm EST Please note that all shifts include one weekend day, and we require flexibility to work on holidays as needed. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Assisting Athletes with a wide range of inquiries and issues, such as product information, gift card and ScoreCard problems, order placement and status, returns, and replacements. Delivering first call resolution with a high level of service quality, owning Athlete issues from start to finish, and keeping them informed throughout the process. Handling escalated call transfers at a Tier II level of support, demonstrating advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving Athlete issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary. Collaborating with individual stores and internal business partners to resolve Athlete issues and improve overall customer experience. Executing back-office functions related to customer inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of incident information. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or a related field, preferably in a retail environment. Able to type at a speed of 25+ words per minute. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and empathetically. Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach. Strong detail orientation, with problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience in a remote or virtual customer service role. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology. Additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or a related field.
