Key Responsibilities: Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner Secure all necessary trailing documents from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness Complete Evidence of Insurance requests, providing prompt and professional service Document each customer contact in our eAgent system, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records Take premium payments from customers, handling financial transactions with care and precision Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact, updating customer information as needed Return all phone messages promptly, ensuring timely and effective communication Maintain in-depth knowledge of new products, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must reside in California and possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. You should have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and a ability to work independently. Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
