**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for managing the inbound flow of products to support our sales objectives. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient processing, and exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare, edit, scan, and submit purchase orders to vendors in a timely fashion by company targets and goals.
* Monitor vendor back-orders and source products from alternate vendors as necessary.
* Work with branch locations to ensure company goals are met concerning the company's receiving and put-away goals.
* Monitor key data elements and notify appropriate personnel if discrepancies/anomalies are observed.
* Initiate and support the continual improvement of careerzynith's quality improvement system.
* Assumes other duties as assigned

**Essential Qualifications**
* High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired.
* Prior knowledge of automobiles or mechanics preferred
* Willingness to be trained and learn the company's products and procedures
* Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
* Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
