Assist with Service Appointments and Repairs: Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, coordinating vehicle repairs, and resolving service-related issues.
Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Troubleshoot technical problems and provide guidance on utilizing vehicle infotainment systems, navigation features, and connectivity services.
Stay Up-to-Date on GM Products and Technologies: Educate customers on the latest GM products, technologies, and promotions to enhance their ownership experience.
Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including service centers, technical support, and sales, to address customer needs effectively.
Meet and Exceed Customer Satisfaction Goals: Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
