**Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting prospective customers with their inquiries
* Managing communication, including email leads, text messages, and phone calls
* Answering phones and assisting customers as needed
* Scheduling appointments and tour reservations as needed
* Assisting with inventory management
* Completing daily reports as needed
* Initiating service calls for customers
* Initiating, modifying, and finalizing leases and addendums for customers
* Assisting with scheduling of vendors and purchase order management

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Technology skills on laptop or desktop, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work on multiple tabs and systems at the same time
* Ability to sit (or stand) for extended periods wearing a headset
* Diligence and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid, changing environment
* Ability to remain professional and even-tempered during uncomfortable situations
* Adherence to a set schedule with the flexibility to work extra hours or a modified work schedule to meet business needs
* Proven longevity in past employment and committed to excellent attendance

**Preferred Qualifications:**

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Office experience
* Proficient computer skills

**Benefits:**
