**What You'll Do**

As a remote customer service representative at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their travel-related concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including but not limited to, phone calls, emails, and chat conversations.
* Staying up-to-date with careerzynith's policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, travel, and industry-related topics.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.

**What You'll Need for Success**

To excel in this role, you'll require:

* A high school degree or equivalent (GED)
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, while also being a team player and contributing to a positive team environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

* Previous customer service or member-facing experience
* Banking or Credit Union experience
* Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Skilled in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
* Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and feature as an integral part of a team
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data
