**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
* Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
* Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
* Building and maintaining strong business relationships with existing customers through established service and sales standards.
* Developing, maintaining, and demonstrating a basic knowledge of current company products and services; maintaining confidentiality when handling customer requests and transactions.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
