**The Opportunity**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers. * Personalize the customer experience for each caller, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting rate: $15.00 per hour
* Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
* Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) a plus
**System Requirements**
* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
* Headset compatible with careerzynith specifications
* High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services not permitted)
* Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks not supported
**Training Schedule**
* Paid training period with attendance and participation required
* Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
* First day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up
* Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
