**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of careerzynith, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and empathetic manner
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Up-sell and cross-sell products and services as needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with customer service software and technology
* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Fluency in multiple languages
