**Job Summary**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering exceptional results
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate records
* Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years)
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns
