* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
* Upsell products and services as needed to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve client needs and ensure timely resolution
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
