**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring that every interaction is informative, empathetic, and solution-focused. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and offer solutions to customer problems
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell products or services as needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with upselling and cross-selling products or services
