Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure a positive outcome.
Stay up-to-date on careerzynith's policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the best customer support, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.


Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
