As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing passenger inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information regarding flights, reservations, and policies. **Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your duties will include:

* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails in a timely manner
* Providing accurate and detailed information regarding flights, policies, and services
* Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently
* Processing reservations, cancellations, and changes
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
