**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for managing customer tickets, providing empathetic and solution-driven support, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage and Respond to Customer Tickets**: Utilize Gorgias to efficiently manage and respond to customer tickets, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer experience.
- **Assist Customers with Order Updates and Inquiries**: Provide basic knowledge of hats and embroidery/deco techniques to assist customers with order updates, inquiries, and general product guidance.
- **Process and Send Invoices**: Use Shopify to process and send invoices, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- **Keep the Team Informed**: Use Redbooth to keep the team informed about order changes for production, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and effective communication.
- **Coordinate with Art and Production Teams**: Collaborate with the art and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience.
- **Provide Empathetic and Solution-Driven Support**: Utilize Slack for internal team communication and provide empathetic and solution-driven support, ensuring every customer interaction is positive.
**What We're Looking For**
- **Experience with Gorgias or Similar Customer Service Platforms**: Proven experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms, with a strong understanding of customer ticket management and resolution.
- **Familiarity with Shopify for Invoicing and Order Updates**: Familiarity with Shopify for invoicing and order updates, with a strong understanding of order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- **Strong Conflict Resolution Skills**: Excellent conflict resolution skills, with the ability to turn frustrated customers into happy ones.
- **Hat Enthusiast (Preferred)**: A passion for hats and custom headwear, with a strong understanding of the craftsmanship and techniques involved.
- **Highly Detail-Oriented**: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
