Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you must possess: A High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; experience in the airline industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. A quiet, dedicated workspace and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include previous remote work experience and a background in the airline industry.
