As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our Payment and Digital Processing team within the blithequark Credit Union. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer service tasks, resolving complex issues, and providing exceptional support to our members. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including: Completing daily access and adjusting features Coordinating return items with members, merchants, and financial institutions Assisting with fraud resolution, partial payments, and related accounting standard adjustments Processing contract bills, multi-account and partial deposits, credit card bills, and other exceptions Reviewing, analyzing, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled items Logging, researching, and making necessary General Ledger (GL) and account changes or returns Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching Completing daily balancing and departmental closing Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information Communicating with merchants to process budget transfers Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly preferred: Previous customer/member service experience Previous banking or Credit Union experience Episys/Symitar and wire processing experience What You'll Gain At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a range of perks that will enhance your work-life balance and overall well-being. Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay rate for this position is between $22-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
