Your responsibilities will include: * **Client Interaction**: Provide clear and knowledgeable responses to client inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. * **Problem-Solving**: Use your skills to resolve client issues, update account history, and follow up to ensure resolution. * **Performance**: Meet and exceed production targets while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). * **Collaboration**: Work with team members and clients to resolve inquiries and cross-train new staff on customer service processes. * **Process Improvement**: Review and suggest enhancements to procedures and workflows to improve efficiency. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective written and oral communication skills. * **Teamwork**: Ability to understand your role within a team and engage with the right stakeholders to resolve client inquiries. **What To Expect** As a Remote Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * **Remote Work**: This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States. * **Orientation**: Video cameras are required for all interviews and during the initial week of orientation. * **Full-Time**: 40 hours per week. **Compensation** We offer a competitive salary range of $29,100 - $41,600 per year, based on geographic location, experience, and skills.
