**Job Overview**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your role will be critical in enabling first call resolution, using a variety of tools and technology to anticipate and meet our customers' current and future needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Build strong relationships with customers through personalized communication, active listening, and empathy.
* Provide technical support and critical thinking to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
* Utilize various software and technology to navigate customer queries and provide solutions.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed support.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* 2 years of Customer Service experience required.
* 1 year of call center support experience preferred.
* 1 year of technical support experience preferred.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
