**Job Overview:**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our internal clients, the branches, and external clients through inbound calls. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for:

* Answering inbound calls from external clients and internal clients at the bank branches
* Educating clients on account services and capabilities
* Utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Possessing a superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries
* Demonstrating basic computer troubleshooting skills
* Performing efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on account services and capabilities
* Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide informed customer support

**Requirements:**

* Call center experience required; banking experience is desired
* High school diploma required; College degree preferred
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Windows 11 navigation skills
* Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory is a plus
* Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds. Internet should be connected via an Ethernet cable, not Wi-Fi.
* Must be able to fully focus on work responsibilities during scheduled hours. Maintain a workspace free from noise and interruptions.
* Ensure the security and confidentiality of information. Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all tasks.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**

* The hourly rate for this position is $16-$17.50 an hour, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
