You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to validate orders, resolve discrepancies, and provide accurate information to customers. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries * Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Enter PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) data with precision, pushing back on incorrect or subpar data submissions * Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases, ensuring seamless order processing * Develop creative solutions to customer issues, providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing processes * Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, researching responses with sales teams * Build relationships with hospital billing specialists, supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing processes, and following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies * Collaborate with Sales Reps to resolve product usage pricing or discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction **What You Need** * High School Diploma or GED * Two (2) years' relevant work experience * Experience as an account representative or in a similar role is preferred * Proficiency in Oracle or similar systems is a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $20.08 - $32.87 per hour, plus bonus eligibility and benefits * Opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote environment with flexible scheduling * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Collaborative and inclusive work environment with a diverse team of professionals **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
