You'll also be calling customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals. Our ideal candidate is comfortable in a high-call volume environment and is ready to stay busy! **Key Responsibilities** * Answer phone calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Assist customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues * Call customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals * Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as needed * Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals * Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills **Requirements** * Availability to work start times as early as 7 AM and end times as late as 4 PM * Reliability and attendance adherence * Reliable internet connection (minimum of 50 Mbps download speed) * PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS * USB Headset for taking calls * Dedicated, quiet workspace * Excellent reading and writing skills * Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum * Ability to work at least one weekend day per week (weekend shifts are shorter from 7 AM to 12 PM) * Solid PC skills (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.) * Must live in Wyoming or Kansas **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
