As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in making a positive impact on members' lives by providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and ensuring requests are processed accurately and efficiently. If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work, we encourage you to apply! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date * Ensuring all company procedures are followed, including adherence to structured protocols and scripts * Ensuring accurate trip data is input in our systems, maintaining the highest level of data integrity * Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, meeting or exceeding performance standards * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution * Multitasking effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems * Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school graduate or general education degree (GED) * 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience * Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers * Ability to work independently under general supervision, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work overtime as required, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends * High-speed internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload, with the ability to directly hardwire to your modem * A dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-related industry * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's requirements.
