As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. **Your Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * **Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries** * **Providing excellent customer service through active listening** * **Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively** * **Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive** * **Appropriately communicating with customers** * **Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues** * **Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate** * **Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes** * **Providing feedback on call issues** * **Upselling if required** **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're seeking individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
