As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and making a real difference in their lives. **Your Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * **Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: You'll be expected to provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to customers and responding to their needs in a way that exceeds their expectations. * **Working with Confidential Customer Information**: You'll have access to confidential customer information, and you'll be expected to treat it sensitively and maintain confidentiality. * **Aiming to Resolve Issues on the First Call**: You'll be expected to be proactive in resolving customer issues, aiming to resolve them on the first call and minimizing the need for escalation. * **Communicating Effectively with Customers**: You'll be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information and answering their questions in a way that's easy to understand. * **Calmly Attempting to Resolve and De-escalate Issues**: You'll be expected to remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult customers, attempting to resolve and de-escalate issues in a way that's professional and respectful. * **Escalating Interactions When Necessary**: You'll be responsible for escalating interactions to the next level when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues. * **Tracking Call-Related Information**: You'll be expected to track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that we have accurate records of customer interactions. * **Providing Feedback on Call Issues**: You'll be responsible for providing feedback on call issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. * **Upselling When Required**: You'll be expected to upsell when required, identifying opportunities to offer customers additional products or services that meet their needs. **We're Looking for Fearless Individuals** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results and make a positive impact. If you're passionate about customer service, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you. **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role. * **Minimum of 6 Months of Customer Service Experience**: You'll need to have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience to be considered for this role. * **Must be 18 Years of Age or Older**: You'll need to be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role. * **Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute**: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute to be considered for this role. * **Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems**: You'll need to be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. * **Customer Service and/or Sales Experience Preferred**: While not required, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred for this role. * **College Degree Preferred but Not Required**: A college degree is preferred but not required for this role. **Key Competencies** To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following key competencies: * **Process Excellence**: You'll need to demonstrate a commitment to following established procedures and be customer service-driven. * **Collaboration**: You'll need to be able to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support departments to resolve customer issues and achieve performance goals. * **Communication**: You'll need to have outstanding communication, listening, and analytical skills. * **Organizational Skills**: You'll need to have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * **Emotional Intelligence**: You'll need to be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure while remaining focused. * **Open-Mindedness**: You'll need to have an open-minded approach to feedback, evolving policies, and working within a structured schedule that includes a variety of shifts. * **Critical Thinking**: You'll need to have sharp critical thinking skills, enabling quick analysis of customer issues and thoughtful, informed decision-making. * **Solution-Oriented**: You'll need to have a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on creating a positive customer experience. **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * **Internet Requirements**: You'll need to have a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
