We're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development, and we're proud of our employees' success stories. **Your Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: • **Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries** • **Providing excellent customer service through active listening** • **Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively** • **Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive** • **Appropriately communicating with customers** • **Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues** • **Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate** • **Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes** • **Providing feedback on call issues** • **Upselling if required** **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
