**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Call Center Agent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving inquiries, and maintaining updated records and logs. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Defining or resolving inquiries received through written or telephone correspondence
* Answering questions regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries
* Providing requested information
* Maintaining updated records and logs
* Performing all other duties as assigned
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound calls from clients regarding financial banking cards
* Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their accounts and card inquiries
* Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support
**Requirements**
* High School diploma or GED
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service
* Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
* Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions
* Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality
**Training and Development**
* 1 week of Microsoft Teams meetings to introduce you to our team and processes
* A couple of weeks of on-the-phone training to get you comfortable with our systems and processes
* Another week of follow-up Microsoft Teams training to reinforce your skills and knowledge
