About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Key Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Role
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
Recognized, applied, and explained product or service knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services
Computer experience, with proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues and provide support
High-speed internet (>15 mbps), with a reliable and stable connection to ensure seamless communication with customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
