**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex customer issues, providing answers, and consulting on products with compassion. Your goal will be to turn average customer experiences into exceptional ones, making a positive impact on our clients' businesses and customers' lives.

**A Typical Day**

* Answer incoming communications from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary
* Continuously improve your product knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer experiences

**What You Bring to the Role**

* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
* Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
* Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* High-speed internet connection (>15 mbps) to ensure seamless communication with customers
