**What You'll Do**

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
* Proficiency in using computers and software applications
* Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass a background check

* A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, and high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
* A reliable wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
