**During a Typical Day, You'll**
* Answer incoming communications from customers
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Continuously learn and improve your product or service knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Utilize your computer skills to navigate our systems and tools to efficiently resolve customer issues
**What You Bring to the Role**
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge
* Computer experience
* High-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and understanding
