You'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their benefits, claims, and other related issues. Your goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, effectively, and with a positive attitude. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from members and patients in a timely and professional manner * Research and resolve issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claim payment, and patient services needs * Update billing information, establish payment plans, and resolve payment inquiries * Schedule patient appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts * Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their benefits and services * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Two years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment * Previous data entry experience required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
