In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, work closely with our Inward Body Shop, and support the Approved Impact Program. If you have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Work planning support: Collaborate with our Inward Body Shop to ensure seamless execution of the Approved Impact Program. * Client communication and coordination: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. * Vehicle appearance arrangement: Coordinate with our Body Shop to ensure vehicles are restored to their original appearance. * Rental coordination and hand off: Arrange for rentals and ensure a smooth transition for clients. * Vehicle announcements: Communicate with clients regarding vehicle status and any necessary updates. * Material and supplies reordering: Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations. * Fix survey and conveyance: Conduct surveys and ensure the safe conveyance of vehicles. **What You'll Bring** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., crash repair, customer service, business administration). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently. * Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and the general public. * Microsoft Office experience is a plus. * Ability to train and develop others. * Comfortable working in a crash shop environment. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
