* Manage client correspondence and assumptions, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
* Coordinate rental arrangements and handoffs, ensuring that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Reorder materials and supplies as needed, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
* Conduct fix surveys and deliveries, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
**What You'll Bring**
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Crash Fix or a related discipline.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required.
