**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling daily member telephone calls, directing them to necessary services, providing education, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting providers with eligibility, benefits, and claims problems, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
* Collaborating with the Medical Management Department for service authorizations, working together to ensure efficient service delivery
* Working remotely to ensure efficient service delivery, leveraging technology to stay connected with our team and members
* Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions, upholding arenaflex's commitment to excellence

**What's Required (Qualifications)**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or equivalent certification, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth
* A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service with direct customer contact, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships and resolve issues
* Strong communication skills for interactions via telephone, email, chat, or face-to-face, ensuring clear and effective communication with our members and team
* The ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, leveraging technology to stay organized and productive
* Knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions, demonstrating your understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**

If you have:

* One (1) year of experience in a physician healthcare office or high-volume call center, showcasing your ability to navigate complex healthcare environments
* Familiarity with HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care operations, demonstrating your expertise in the healthcare industry
* You'll be well-positioned to excel in this role and make a meaningful impact on our members' lives.
