**Experienced Customer Service Representative (Remote) – Healthcare Support**

You'll be responsible for resolving moderate to complex issues, scheduling appointments, and verifying patient information. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to navigate high-volume data entry, process medication refills, and respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and internal medical personnel. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer a minimum of 11 calls per hour, resolving moderate to complex issues * Schedule and verify appointments in clinical information systems * Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information * Send and receive tasks to Provider offices to assist patients with access to medical care * Receive and process expedited, stat, and at-risk referrals * Contact patients to advise of appointment and referral status * Perform extreme high-volume data entry * Process and resolve expedited patient complaints * Review and process medication refills * Respond proactively to inquiries from patients, providers, and internal medical personnel **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent * 6+ months of call center experience * 6+ months of customer service experience * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) * Must be 18 years of age or older * Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours (7am-8pm, Monday-Friday; 7am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday) **Preferred Qualifications** * Medical terminology knowledge * Advanced knowledge of insurance products * Training in a medical office-related field * CPT and ICD-10 coding **Soft Skills** * Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette * Solid oral and written communication skills * Strong listening, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize call types **Compensation and Benefits** * Hourly range: $16.00 - $28.27 per hour (based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.) * Comprehensive benefits package * Incentive and recognition programs * Equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements) **Work Environment and Culture** * Remote work opportunities * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs * Collaborative and inclusive team environment * Opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic industry * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** * arenaflex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer * We value diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our business * Our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone **How to Apply** If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, apply now to join our team at arenaflex.
