About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a remote full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients build successful, lasting relationships with their customers. Your typical day will involve making and taking calls to and from customers, qualifying them prior to transferring them to a sales representative at the client. You will work with various clients and campaigns, providing quality customer experiences and taking pride in getting the job done.
