Key Responsibilities:

Creating tickets with detailed information from calls, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up
Conducting basic troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
Following written instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery
Handling forms and documents sent by service providers, maintaining accurate records and files
Demonstrating exceptional note-taking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams


Requirements and Qualifications
