**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support for flight reservations and changes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer customer calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner
* Handle customer requests, including flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and travel policies
* Recognize and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution
* Screen flights and provide recommendations to customers
* Collaborate with the SOC team to provide seamless support
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the travel industry or a related field
* Knowledge of airline policies and procedures
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
