You'll work in a remote environment, using your own home as your office, and will be required to have a hard-wired internet connection. This is a customer-service oriented role, with some sales opportunities available to earn extra commission. **Responsibilities** * Conduct daily production work related to the processing of bookings in our systems and subordinate systems, ensuring high-level booking quality and accuracy. * Process reservations, revisions, cancellations, booking notes, and all aspects of bookings using our reservation system. * Apply company policy effectively to bookings, ensuring that every guest receives a personalized and immersive experience. * Provide 180 degrees from Ordinary Guest Service through all lines of communication to our guests and clients, maintaining a professional and calm demeanor at all times. * Act as the primary call and contact agent for all service-related inquiries by phone, email, and Windstar Website Chat agent contacts. * Assist in the overall revenue goals of the Department by attempting to upsell or add value on all existing bookings. * Perform sales call backup to Reservations in peak call times, as directed by management. * Adhere to company policy and procedure, ensuring that every interaction with our team is warm, welcoming, and memorable. * Demonstrate a strong functional knowledge of the arenaflex product, including our unique voyages and services. * Advise supervisor of all problems and recommended resolution in a timely manner. * Assist Guests or Travel Advisors in troubleshooting on MyWindstar or related external arenaflex Systems. * Other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications** * Cruise or tour operations/reservations experience is preferred but not required. * Previous customer service experience is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. * Must be able to communicate in writing and verbally with professionalism, credibility, and confidence, presenting information in a positive and convincing manner. * Capability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent task management skills. * Self-starter with a basic understanding of all Microsoft Office programs. * Ability to work in a remote environment, with a hard-wired internet connection. **Benefits** As a full-time employee of arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, Dental & Vision * HSA & FSA * Life & Disability * Accident, Hospital & Critical Illness * Pet Insurance * Vacation, Sick Time, and paid Holidays * 401(k) with Company Match * Employee Assistance Plan * Education Assistance * Employee Discounts & Travel Deals **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we're an equal opportunity employer.
