Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely customer service to clients who have questions about blithequark products, including websites and marketing materials. Handle complex escalated inquiries from customers with patience, empathy, and understanding. Record and maintain detailed notes about interactions with customers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Report bugs and other issues on platforms to developers to help improve our products and services. Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. Provide feedback to management on customer experience and customer likes/dislikes about blithequark's products to inform product development and improvement. Efficiently solve a ticket backlog with quality information and service, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with blithequark's products, services, and industry developments. Exercise patience, empathy, and understanding on every call and every email, providing a positive and personalized experience for each customer. All other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and the company. Essential Qualifications: Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, priorities, and technologies. Proactive and team-oriented , with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve shared goals. Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English, with excellent grammar and spelling skills. Typing speed of 50+ words per minute , with accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
