**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
* Providing product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
* Processing customer transactions, including orders, returns, and exchanges
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
* Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs)
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of airline operations and customer service standards
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
