**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping our members navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You will be the first point of contact for our members, providing timely and accurate information about their coverage, benefits, and options. Through your expertise and empathy, you will empower our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions
* Provide clear, concise, and compassionate guidance to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize your knowledge and expertise to offer solutions and alternatives that meet the unique needs of each member
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data security

* Proficiency in Windows-based applications

* Ability to communicate effectively in a positive, empathetic manner
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
