**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Proficiency in computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in premium retail, travel, hospitality, or embassy/consulate industries.
* Fluency in a second language.
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
