As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, resolving customer complaints and issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services to our clients. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats from customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner * Determine customer needs and provide proper solutions, including resolving general questions and investigating complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries * Consider and offer rewards as needed to resolve customer issues and promote customer loyalty * Work as the primary contact between arenaflex's customers, merchants, purchasing, and operations staff * Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering chats * Utilize critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to resolve request/item/conveyance issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent * Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program * Past customer service experience is preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient business writing and typing skills (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm) * Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent interpersonal skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills * Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Ability to take ownership and resolve issues * Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills * Strong time management skills * Bilingual skills are an asset **arenaflex's Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a workplace culture that is welcoming and inclusive of all employees, regardless of their background, identity, or abilities.
