**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote customer care team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone and email interactions. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet our members' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine customer needs and provide effective solutions
* Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to emails
* Work as the primary point of contact between customers, sales teams, and purchasing and activities staff
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, helpful, and efficient
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet our members' needs
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Online business customer service certification or equivalent experience
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management
* Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software applications
